Chapter 9

Chapter Nine of the Bedford Researcher outlines how to find information within print resources. This chapter instructs how to use a library through library stacks, library periodicals, and a library reference room. Not only does this chapter tell you how to use a library, but it also explains why a library and print resources are important. The chapter also lays out information literacy and has some tips about how to use library resources.

This chapter is especially useful for my literature class. In my literature class, we have to do some research using only print resources. In past research projects, most of my research was done using online resources. Understanding how to browse the stacks, use interlibrary loans, or how to properly use the library periodicals and and a library reference room.
